RESALE OF TICKETS

This website URL, funatix-events.nwltickets.com, is the only authorized online ticket-seller for Mac & Cheese Festival. Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copy of tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Funatix Events does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any non-authorized third-party (such as brokers or individuals). We require you purchase tickets directly through the Funatix Events Ticket Office to ensure authenticity.

RAIN POLICY

All ticket sales are final. This is a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT! In the event inclement weather forces Funatix Events to postpone the event on May 11th, Mac & Cheese Festival will be rescheduled for a later date, and tickets will be transferred to the updated date. If Funatix Events is forced to cancel the event, refunds will be sent to all paid tickets (not including tickets fees). Once the event starts, refunds will not be issued for any reason. Funatix Events will NEVER cancel the event more than 2 hours before the start time per event rules. On the day of the event, weather forecasts are continuously evaluated at the event site and all decisions are made as early as possible. Funatix Events will have the final call on whether the event is canceled or not.
