By attending, the ticket holder agrees that Funatix Events, its affiliates, event partners, sponsors, and any associated individuals or entities are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property. The holder also grants Funatix Events permission to use their likeness for promotional purposes. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at any Funatix Events festival.

RESALE OF TICKETS

This website URL, funatix-events.nwltickets.com, is the only authorized online ticket seller for Funatix Events festivals. Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copied tickets are grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Funatix Events does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any unauthorized third parties (such as brokers or individuals). To ensure authenticity, tickets should be purchased directly through the Funatix Events Ticket Office.

RAIN OR SHINE POLICY

All ticket sales are final. Funatix Events festivals are held rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather that forces a postponement, the event will be rescheduled, and tickets will remain valid for the new date. Once the event has started, it will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions.

Funatix Events will never cancel an event more than two hours before the scheduled start time. Weather conditions are continuously monitored, and any decisions regarding postponements or cancellations will be made as early as possible. Official announcements will be posted on the Funatix Events website and social media pages. Local radio and television stations may also provide updates.
